SIT recommend that you review the privacy policy at each such web site to determine how that site protects your privacy. We has been taken your personal details like name, email, phone number, passport details for make your tour programme , SIT will not share these details to any other third parties. SIT use and disclose your personal information for the travel related within our official premises team which we have collected it. SIT will make all reasonable endeavors to keep your details secure and private We are doing promotions and marketing from there we are getting leads with client’s data for availing our travel services. Star India Tours knows very well value of your data details so all the data keeps private and secure.

  Terms & Conditions of Star India Tours

For Bookings: Your bookings has been confirmed with Star India Tours as per your tour proposal and you agreed with your tour programme like Duration, travel date, hotels, price and inclusions & exclusions service.

For payments: After your tour confirmation we will process your booking with advance payment for tour package 25% of total amount and rest amount as per our time limits. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar fair, Diwali) full payment is required to be paid in advance at the time of booking itself.

For Cancelation:

If any party wishes to cancel of confirmed services please be informed us in written with your genuine reason to Star India Tours. As this costs of administrative and retention charges by hotel, flights, etc. Cancelation Charge will be apply as per below mentioned scale-  

60 days or more prior to arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost.

59 days – 30 days prior to arrival – 30% of the tour/service cost.

29 days – 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.

14 days – 0 days, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Note: If booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

High Peak Season bookings (from 20th December to 10th January).

Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar fair etc). Refund: Cancelled services will be calculated as per cancelation policy and payments would be accordingly refunded to that party who has made the payment.

MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT DETAIL:

It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation of tours. The given below Documents are applicable for different categories:


For foreign nationals – Copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.

For Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – copy of passport.

For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card – copy of passport and copy of OCI/PIO card is mandatory.

For domestic clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory.
Note: VISA is compulsory to Travel to India for all Foreign Nationals. Kindly check the below link for VISA on arrival detail for the listed countries. https://www.visaonline.com To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost, it will be taken by clients.  

Early Check-in / Late Check -out

Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel.   Extra Uses of our Vehicle Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary. If you would like to travel beyond the confirmed itinerary you have to pay extra as per our instructions.

Disclaimer: Star India Tours team would never ask for any of your bank card related to Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP. Neither would they communicate for transferring funds to any personal account or to install third-party apps like Any Desk, Team Viewer. In case you get into any of such act or any loss of your money, SIT strongly will not be responsible for any mode of losses.   Note: If the payment transfer by any of credit card on the payment gateway or swipe machine that client responsibility, in future not allowed any charge back for the same transactions.
